I use Google Analytics to identify how you interact with my website. This allows me to track its performance and make necessary improvements for the benefit of yourself and other visitors.
The information gathered by Google Analytics includes:

I use Intercom messenger to engage with my users and assist them in real-time with any questions they may have. To allow the messenger application to function I must store a cookie to allow my users to continue their conversation if they refresh the page or leave and then return to the site at a later time.
