Front end and WordPress development for vehicle repair company
Dent Quote specialise in paintless dent removal, a highly skilled and sought after service. As part of a push to generate more leads a new website was commissioned. The site would detail the company’s unique USP and allow potential customers to get an instant quotation via the site. The client requested WordPress for the CMS.
I was invited to work onsite with the agency responsible for the design. Their in-house back end developer had already built the quotation logic, I was responsible for developing a fully responsive custom WordPress theme (both front end and back end) and integrating this existing logic into the build.
As part of my 4 stage process, each website I build is tailored to the clients needs and requirements. Each site is unique, I never use off the shelf themes. In addition to my standard web development technologies, below are a few of the features found on this website.
Google maps integration
The client requested we include a Google map detailing their exact location. To match the supplied page visuals I included relevant markup using the API to display a Google map, the client had total control over the placement of map pin and zoom level via the WordPress CMS.
Bespoke contact form
To enhance sales and usability the site specification / brief required a contact form. I build all my contact forms by hand (I don’t use plugins) which meant I could fully customise the form to the clients needs. For security I included both client and server side validation.
James approaches every project with a high level of execution and perfection. I don't think I have ever met another developer with this particular detailed approach. The end result is meticulously delivered every time and reduces QA at the end considerably.
Thanks James for your time at Brave so far.
