Front end and WordPress development for Northamptonshire nature reserve
Stanwick Lakes is a Northamptonshire based family countryside attraction, with their existing site due an overhaul they commissioned a redesign. The new site was to be managed via a CMS and WordPress was chosen as the preferred platform.
I was responsible for developing a fully responsive custom WordPress theme (both front end and back end) and integrating existing event booking logic into the build. The agency was supplied with the theme files ready for content creation and a full handover and CMS training was provided as part of the cost.
As part of my 4 stage process, each website I build is tailored to the clients needs and requirements. Each site is unique, I never use off the shelf themes. In addition to my standard web development technologies, below are a few of the features found on this website.
As part of a client request, I developed a bespoke page builder system (much like WIX or Squarespace), this allowed the client to pick from pre-designed content modules and create new pages on the fly.
James approaches every project with a high level of execution and perfection. I don't think I have ever met another developer with this particular detailed approach. The end result is meticulously delivered every time and reduces QA at the end considerably.
Thanks James for your time at Brave so far.
